I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children with a variety of special needs, including a deaf child who required G-tube feeding and children on the autism spectrum, including Asperger's syndrome. I am patient, compassionate, attentive, and skilled at adapting my approach to each child's individual abilities and developmental needs. I specialize in helping children develop communication, reading, speech, and sign language skills through creative, interactive learning. I also love helping children connect with nature through outdoor exploration, sensory activities, art, music, and hands-on experiences. I believe every child deserves to feel understood, encouraged, included, and celebrated. My goal is to build confidence, independence, communication skills, and meaningful connections while providing a safe, loving, and supportive environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my absolute favorite nanny memories was caring for two little girls, ages four and six, in their beautiful, spacious home. One day, I moved the large foyer rug and polished the hardwood floor until it was so shiny and slippery that it looked like an ice-skating rink! I told the girls to put on their socks, and suddenly our foyer became our very own indoor skating rink! We spent hours sliding, spinning, laughing, and having the absolute best time. No screens, no expensive toys, just imagination, laughter, and a little creativity! The girls were overjoyed, and honestly, so was I! Those are the moments I treasure most as a nanny. I believe childhood should be filled with spontaneous adventures, genuine laughter, and unforgettable memories. Sometimes the simplest moments become the ones children remember forever, and being part of those memories is why I love what I do!
