My mother is a teacher, so I volunteered in and out of her classes since 8th grade. I was a part-time nanny for 2 kids a few years after that. I ran an art camp for kids aged 7-13 in Florida. My freshman year of college I was a substitute teacher for a Montessori school. I also worked at a charter school where I worked with kids on the autism spectrum.
