The most experience I had with working with special needs children was non-verbal from the age group 1-5 years of age. I will be very patient when it comes to them and ask questions to the parent to help me help them. Like what overstimulates them and what can calm them down, also when it comes to foods I know they can be picky so if I have to meal prep I can accommodate.
