A little bit about me

My name is Mervie and I am 36 years old. I have lived in Jersey City since 2020 and before that I was living in Toronto for 5 years. My roots go back to the Philippines but I was born and raised in Bonn, Germany, where I studied Nursing and Early Childhood Education.

I have been working with children since 2012 and would have never done it any other way. I enjoy being around kids, try my best to be the best teacher to them and best friend/playmate at the same time. I am very reliable, responsible and come with flexibility. I have always been a great team player with the parents. I am also a firm believer of communication is the key.

I have had my driver’s license since I was 18 and have always kept my driver record clean. I love pets and wouldn’t mind taking care of them as well.

I speak German, English and Tagalog fluently and know basic French.
