Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a dance instructor for kids ages 2-12. I taught ballet, tap and hip hop classes for 2 years and I absolutely adored the job and those kids. It was important to me that the kids felt like they were in a non-competitive environment and were there to have fun while learning a new skill.

I have so many years of caring for kids from infancy to teenagers.
My main goal is to teach your child as well as keep them safe. I understand there is a literacy problem in the USA so I’m really focused on teaching phonics and basic math skills. I don’t believe that kids should be sitting in front of a screen all day, it hurts their brain development more than people realize. When I watch kids I only allow 1 hour of supervised screen time.
I also encourage kids to eat healthy, I’m a no bs sitter. I have explained to the pickiest of kids why they have to eat the meal that has been prepared for them and I guess when you break down the nutritional facts and explain how each component helps them grow, they stop fighting about meal times.
