The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the children. This means keeping them physically safe, emotionally secure, and engaged in activities that help them learn and grow. It also involves patience, consistency, and trustworthiness so children feel confident and parents feel comfortable leaving their kids in your care.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a toddler I was caring for build a block tower. At first, he kept knocking it down, but I encouraged him gently and celebrated every little success. When we finally built it together, his face lit up with pride and excitement, and he gave me the biggest hug. Moments like that, seeing a child’s joy and confidence grow, remind me why I love babysitting so much.

Babysitter Available in Hesperia, CA: Kaylee S.
Hey! My name is Kaylee and I am a 21 year old girl living in Hesperia. I do have my own car and I am willing to commute for this job! I’ve been driving for over 5 years and never been into an accident! I am very well with kids as well as people. My current job is a waitress at a busy high chain restaurant, so I deal with people all the time with no issue! I don’t smoke and drink occasionally but would never on the job. I’m turning 22 years old this year as well! I can usually fit anyone/ anything into my schedule no matter the day and I’m an early bird as much as a night owl! I would like to think that I am very easy going and easy to talk to. Take a chance on me with no regrets!

Hello!
I have over 13 years of experience working with children as a nanny, Pre-K teacher, and social worker. My background allows me to provide structured, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care while prioritizing safety, emotional well-being, and open communication with families.
I am experienced with daily routines, early learning activities, behavior support, and maintaining a calm, positive environment. I am reliable, organized, and comfortable caring for children of various ages.
For families seeking in-home care at my home, my rate is $7 per hour, which works well as it allows me to remain home and eliminates childcare and gas costs, making it a win-win for both families.
For care provided in the parent or caregiver’s home, rates are higher and based on location, hours, and responsibilities.
I value trust, consistency, and partnering with families to meet each child’s unique needs.

Hello! My name is Xyeiir-Monae. I am 11.5 years old and I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and grade-school children. Because of my age, I am able to babysit children up to 4th grade.
Even though I am young, I am very responsible and mature. I can also tutor children in 4th grade and below. My mother runs a foster care and childcare program, so I have grown up helping and learning in a safe and supervised environment.
I would be very happy to be your babysitter, and I look forward to the opportunity to help your family!
