I have been babysitting ever since I was a teenager. I helped part time taking care of twins for 4 years. They were 5 years old at the time. I have been taking care of two girls full time for the past year and 7 months. They are aged 4 and 7. I have some experience babysitting various ages from 15months to 7 years in the past year and half too.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing a wide range of activities with kids that involve indoors and outdoors. Previous activities I have done involves; building forts, playing at parks, creating books, doing arts and crafts projects, cooking and baking with kids, creating special gifts and cards with kids, building puzzles, playing games like hide and seek, going on hikes, scavenger hunts, read books, organize tea parties, swimming and going to museums etc.

Being responsible and paying attention. Kids are very quick and accidents happen extremely fast. Being present and paying attention as well as realizing you are in control of someone else's child and accepting that responsibility is extremely important. Being a nanny is extremely important because everything that happens in their daily lives shapes them as humans and we as adults are responsible for that. Practicing good morals in front of kids can help children realize a lot of important things in life growing up.

One of the girls I take care of always asks for cuddles and then se tells me I am her favorite person to snuggle with. It just makes me so happy to be able to make her feel safe and comfortable like I am her big sister.
