Hello parents, my name is Michaiah I’m 16 years old and I have a lot of babysitting experience. My mother ran a babysitting business out of our house, growing up I always remember helping out after school. Either playing with kids, helping making lunches, or helping nap times. I’m a very patient, kind, nurturing person. instead of looking at it as if "I'm just here to make sure you don't burn the house down go away" i actually interact with the kids learn what they like to do, what's their favorite games, sports, toys, etc.. and just let them get a chance warm up to me, instead of just being a stranger that comes into their home and basically looks at them all day. I like to be kind of a babysitter and a friend since I'm really not that much older than most kids I've watched, so it's easier for me to connect with all age ranges
