A little bit about me

I am currently a Pre-K teacher. I have 30 years of experience in the field of education. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have a wide range of experience from working in childcare centers as both a teacher and a Center director. I was in the childcare industry for at least 15 years. I have worked as a first grade teacher, a fourth grade teacher, a fifth grade teacher and a sixth grade teacher. My most recent experience has been as a pre-kindergarten teacher for 3, 4 and five-year-olds for the past 11 years. I have also raised three of my own children who are 18, 21 and 23. Now that they are older; in college and starting their own new adventures, I have more time on my hands. I am now looking for a change so that I can help meet the needs of younger children in their own environments rather than cookie cutter structure of a school classroom. I am extremely passionate about working with young children.
