In my experience as a nanny, I supervised children between the ages of 5 months to 12 years of age. I have worked to forge positive and long-lasting relationships with the children through creating fun and engaging activities. As well as ensuring the child's wellbeing by preparing meals, assisting in hygiene-related tasks such as bathing and potty training as well as following regular bedtime routines.
I worked as a senior counselor at the Summer at Sandy Springs day camp, where I supervised a group of 25-30 children at a time. I had a staff of four assistant counselors under me. I coordinated the daily schedule of activities to assigned campers and managed transitions to ensure timely arrival. I promoted a fun, safe, and inclusive environment by monitoring the activity of campers to identify and address behavioral issues. I also cultivated effective relationships with campers, parents, and other camp counselors by utilizing active listening and dynamic interpersonal skills.

Some of the children in my group that I worked with had various special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, among other behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders.
