"Michelle was with us nearly five years, since my oldest son was 4 months old.
She came highly recommended from friends when she joined us and she created wonderful bonds with my 5 year old and my 2 year old.
Michelle is energetic, enthusiastic and loving - all of which matter greatly when chasing around two (too!) energetic and enthusiastic boys.
She was always engaged with the boys, talking, reading stories, singing songs, playing games. Her interactions were a key reason that they are both outgoing and friendly. I also think she was a key reason they spoke early and have incredibly strong vocabularies.
I never once worried about the boys while in her care and she has handled everything from setting up play dates in the park to taking them to school and many other activities - including with caregiver participation.
Michelle is extremely flexible - she had no problem with our erratic schedules and she was always super communicative.
A new family will be lucky to have her!"
