My experience with special needs children...
I have worked for Walter Lawson Children's Homecare for 2 and a halfy years. I was a room parent for two rooms that has 4 residents in each room. I provide daily care to the residents such as bathing, food consumption, grooming, dressing, taking their vital signs, monitoring, and reporting to in charge nurse any unusual behavior/condition.
