More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In my previous role as a Resident Assistant in a senior care facility, I not only supported seniors with daily living activities but also had the opportunity to engage with children who visited their grandparents. I assisted with activities like arts and crafts, storytelling, and playtime, fostering a sense of wonder and joy in their young minds. This experience taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and flexibility in caring for children, skills I'm eager to apply in a dedicated babysitting role, I also used to be an au pair with au pair in America agency
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
- Arts and crafts (e.g., painting, drawing, making collages)
- Outdoor games (e.g., tag, hide-and-seek, scavenger hunts)
- Indoor games (e.g., board games, card games, dress-up)
- Storytelling and reading books together
- Singing songs and playing musical instruments
- Cooking and baking together
- Science experiments and sensory play
- Building with blocks and LEGO
- Dress-up and pretend play
- Dance parties and movement activities
- Going on nature walks and exploring the outdoors
- Playing sports and games like soccer, basketball, and Simon Says
- Doing puzzles and playing brain games
- Creating obstacle courses and playing indoor games like Simon Says and Red Light, Green Light.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when the two children I was caring for while I was an au pair , ages 2 and 6, surprised me with a handmade card and a bouquet of flowers they had picked from the garden. They had been learning about kindness and gratitude in school and wanted to show their appreciation for me. It was such a heartwarming moment, seeing the joy and love in their little faces. We spent the rest of the day playing outside, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. It was a simple yet special moment that I will always treasure.
