"Michele is a phenomenal caretaker. She started with us when our son was 9 months old. He immediately gravitated towards her energy. She was very welcoming, focused and involved. She was always on time, made sure to follow the basic schedule and provide the necessities. She was engaged in music, education and playtime with our son. We had recently moved out of state which is why she is no longer with our family but if there was a way to take her with us we would.
