I have over 15+yrs Exp working w/children from as young as the Infancy stages all the way to the Tween yrs. Ranging from being a Nanny, a Lead Camp Counselor, a Teachers Assistant/Floater, as well as a Babysitter. I've Interned, Volunteered, & Worked from all outlets within the 10yr span time. In such places like; a Privately own Day Care, Summer Camp, a Christian School, & a Jewish Learning Center. With my experience & my overall outlook with being a childcare provider for families is- I uphold myself w/high standards as being an Advocate for a parent/parents mental state. My main goal is to make sure the Parents know & feel their child is in good hands. The most important part about being a nanny...

The little boy was less then 1.5yrs of age. And while I was getting myself ready to leave the front door. The little boy ran in front of me and was standing at the door, with both of his arms out Like a blocking motion. Basically he was trying to prevent me from leaving while weeping at the same time. It was my favorite moment, because he was not talking yet and it was the 1st time he ever did that. Truly that was a clear way of speaking to me w/o saying anything.
