Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am the oldest of 10, the oldest grandchild in both sides of family, also have six children of my own. I have lots of love in my heart for children. They came straight from heaven. I am always studying about child rearing and about healthy relationships and I love learning and love learning how to incorporate it and enjoy the results of adding to the joy in others lives this way. Means a lot to me. I have in my church worked in the nursery for many years and in primary which is older children. I have had a close friend who had a daycare in her home. I spent time with her and learned much from her. She received grants for her excellent reading rate before kindergarten, all her kids read before they left. Iv had good examples in my life and have seen good things happen.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

There is always a song that could be sung about everything, there is always ways to make activities fun and rewarding, there is always time to pause and listen and talk about what's happening and what we and how we can do it , together and with support and praise and love. I love to laugh, learn, be apart of life and life experience. I love to play peek a boo, toss a ball, pretend, write stories of course and let my guys help me write those stories, I love to conquer the world, especially monsters under the bed, I love to learn new things and be patient with and help others learn new things, I love to cry with those who cry and mourn and I love to make someone smile and help regain confidence when and where needed. I love to play fisherman, thats when you make a fishing pole that picks up dirty socks and catch them with baskets, I love to learn the alphabet and numbers counting and science, my little ones learned to count to three by the time they started walking, because you say 1 2 3

The most important part about being a nanny...

That I make sure that my kids are safe and secure, and that what's important in the family is first foremost. That they trust me knowing I pay attention to what is needed and that I make a good substitute for mom and dad being away and that they trust me to do what's needed, and can count in me to keep the rules follow through with tasks at hand the way mom and dad need them.
