As an American Red Cross Lifeguard, I began work for the City of Ocala Jervey Gantt Aquatic Center and Hampton Aquatic Center. I enforced rules placed by the City of Ocala, ensured the safety of the patrons and performed safety and medical procedures when needed. As an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, I began my certification at the City of Ocala Jervey Gantt Aquatic Center and Hampton Aquatic Center. I educated children ages 3 to 13 and their parents on pool safety, unsafe risks and taught children how to swim.
