I also had to maintain annual training. I was with that agency for 18 years and decided to to resign due to wanting to expand my abilities. I did have a CNA certification but it has expired. I love working with children and adults with aspects of different kind of abilities. I have two wonderful grandchildren that are 41/2 and 6 months that I have taken care of and I have nieces and nephews that I have provided care for, I have staff that I have taken care of their young children.
