I grew up in a house where we always had family over. Meaning I cared for children a lot throughout my life. Eventually my aunt and uncle had 3 kids over the years, then my grandparents adopted my 2 cousins. I helped care for them all a lot before I moved out. I now have a god daughter who I love.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am super artistic. I grew up with my mother teaching my sister and I how to draw and paint. I also have a teaching spirit, I love helping people learn new things, especially when it comes to animals so I enjoy teaching to children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is loving and caring for the kids like they are your own. To me, it's so important to treat each and every kid with love. They need it to learn and grow!
My experience with special needs children...
I lived with my cousin who had all kinds of allergies as a baby, so much so that we had to constantly wash our hands and be very careful with him. Later we found he has autism, I lived with him until this past June, so I am used to children who have special needs like him.
