Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Throughout middle and high school I babysat for multiple families in my community. Their children's ages ranged from newborn to twelve-years-old. In 2019 I babysat full-time for a family with two daughters, one aged six and the other aged one. I also taught Sunday school for five years where I served as a teacher for kids aged newborn through fifth grade. In high school, many of the clubs I was a part of volunteered regularly with children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love keeping kids active with time outside by taking them on walks, bike rides, or trips to the park. I also enjoy helping kids with crafts, reading, baking, or board games. Some of my favorite memories with kids I have babysat are our impromptu dance parties!

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with special needs children as a Sunday school teacher. Most recently I have engaged with two people on my cross country team who were on the autism spectrum.
