My brother is special needs. He suffered traumatic brain damage as an infant while also having Autism. As the big sis, I helped my parents with him, especially at school. I made sure he took his daily meds, had him do little projects to help his mind some, and also just listened to him and was a shoulder to cry on when the world was not that nice to him on some days.
