Hi! I'm Milan. I am 19 years old. A little bit about myself, I am currently enrolled at Moorpark Community College. Where I am studying Economics. Working with kids is a passion of mine and something I take very seriously. I have an 11 year old brother who has Autism. Having a sibling with Autism, has taught me the skills of staying calm and patient (mostly in stressful situations). My hopes are to work with your little one/ones and build forever bonds with them. I am patient, hard working, and driven to succeed.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Besides babysitting, A relevant experience where I also cared for children, was volunteering at a preschool over summer. During this time, I helped prep meals, read to children, play games with them, and put them down for a nap.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some activities I enjoy doing with kids, is going to the park or doing arts and crafts. Something that will keep the little ones off of the electronics and more present.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part about being a nanny, is always the safety and well being of the children. But overall, making sure you are providing a nurturing and open environment, so the children feel safe being around you. Building a sense of trust with any child you are working with, is something that I hold very close to my heart.

My experience with special needs children...

Dealing with children with special needs can be challenging. But I believe it's all about how you handle the situation. If a child is screaming at you, I've learned to stay calm and remember that these children have a harder time communicating.
