Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have baby sat for family members as well as friends. I pet sit for family and friends. I had a steady babysitting job where I cooked cleaned took care of 3 kids age 1 age 3 and age 6 as well as 1 dog and 1 cat. My sister and best friend are in CNA so I often help them with their elderly patients bc how relaxed and patient I can be.

My experience with special needs children...

I grew up with a mom with heart issues a brother that's epileptic and a cousin that got in an accident at 2 and couldn't do for herself. I have also been around special needs pets.

The most important part about being a nanny...

A funny and sweet moment was the day I was watching a 2 yr old boy and he asked me to swim with him but was too scared to get off the ladder. I showed him I could swim and he superman dove into my face. Another moment with a pet was the day my best friend's dog was running in the snow and took my legs out from underneath me to sprint right back towards my face sliding on ice. He broke my tooth.
