What matters most to me about being a nanny is making sure the children feel safe, loved, comfortable, and cared for. I want to be someone they can trust and feel happy around while also helping them learn, grow, and become more independent. I also think it’s important to build a trusting relationship with the parents and communicate with them so they always feel confident that their children are in good hands.
