Hey, I’m Millie (short for Ameleah)! I have been working in childcare since I started occasionally babysitting 10 years ago and have recently found a passion for nannying!
I have worked everywhere from daycares and group homes to trampoline parks and overnight summer camps as well as spent a year and a half in college for child and youth work prior to Covid complicating things.
I have experience working with kids of all ages, as well as youth with physical, behavioural, and/ or developmental disabilities
Work and experience aside, I am a very positive, loving, and energetic individual. As a childcare worker I feel it is important to provide kids with healthy, happy environments to learn and grow in all aspects.

Cooking/ baking, arts and crafts, children’s yoga, sports, playing, reading, and whatever else the kids want to do!
The kids I have been nannying enjoy taking time to learn my hobbies as well so we put on a helmet and get them on my longboard when there isn’t snow on the ground! They also enjoy going downtown to walk around and checkout a few of our favourite stores

The most important part about being a nanny...

Too many to pick just one favourite! Ions that always makes me giggle was the time I asked the 8 year old i nannied what he thought I did all day while he was at school and he responded “i don’t know, sit around and drink coffee and wait for us to get out of school?”
