The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part about being a nanny is building trust and a bond with both the children and the parents. I also would add that it is important as a nanny to have patience with the children and have clear communication with the parent. Lastly, I would say it is important to engage with the children.
My experience with special needs children...
I volunteered with my mom at her job as a teacher for pre-k special needs. I also have a seven year old nephew who is autistic. I would say I have a lot personal experience and knowledge on how to care and attend to special needs children.
