Depending on age, I love to take walks, introduce outdoor items like leaves, flowers, grass and other things of nature. Play games, play in water or in the snow. Love to figure active that will turn on their mind since they are just young ones and always busy. Arts and crafts, or taking them to places such as the zoo.

I have not specifically dealt with special needs children but there were a few in the center I worked at that needed that kind of help. I was complimented with how well I handle the children who need a bit of extra help.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment with children was working with 1-2 and seeing their eyes glistening when learning new things. We had one boy, with an adorable determined personality. We had a water day, the water squirted in him but he absolutely loved it. He gave the loudest laugh. Teaching the children about pumpkin seeds and the guts and having them feel it was an awesome moment too.
