She plans crafts and activities for them that are age appropriate and match their interests. But one of the biggest reasons we absolutely love her for the boys and is how she patiently helps them through their big emotions, identify their feelings, and work out ways to calm themselves. As the boys have gone through various stages, Molly always discusses how she’s handling new behaviors, listens to what we’re trying, and all have benefitted—I’ve definitely learned a lot from her!
