Hi, my name is Molly. I am a very social, empathetic, and fun-loving person. I have done missions work most of my adult life; traveling to other countries, starting schools, and helping to train and educate in various parts of the world. I moved back to Ohio a couple of years ago and began watching two of the sweetest kids. I loved helping them learn, planning fun days, and making sure they have the support they needed to grow. I have studied multiple languages while I was living abroad and loved having the opportunity to help kids learn new things, while trying to cater to their individual needs. انا امراة عربية اوراقي رسمية اتحدث لغةةعربية وتركية بطلاقة ومتوسط لغة انجليزية .استطيع التفاهم مع الاطفال ربيت بما يقارب عشرون طفل في عائلتي بحكم دراستي الجامعية لدينا فكرة عن تربية الاطفال الحديثة وكيفية التعامل مع الطفل بمرونة اضافة لعشقي للاطفال في عائلتي هم ينادوني ماما عادة ..اعرف كيف اجعلهم يلعبون ويقضون وقتا ممتعا معي انا مدرسة تاريخ استطيع التعامل بسهولة مع الطفل عموما .اضافة لحبي للاطفال ..استطيع ان اعلمه الرسم واطهو له اكلات لذيذة ..لكني لا احب تنظيف المنزل الذي اعمل فيه. ولا تنظيف الطفل في التواليت او الحمام يمكنني ان اغسل يده وجهه فقط البسه ملابسه لكني لا احب تحميم الاطفال ولا احب التنظيف عموما لكني اساعد على ترك المكان الذي اعمل فيه مرتبا ونظيفا .ويمكنني الانتباه على الطفل طوال الوقت لاني شخصية حذر ة واعتدت ان اكون حذرة في حماية الاطفال اثناء اللعب حتى لايؤذوا انفسهم اثناء اللعب والنشاط .. ليس لدي خبرة عمل ولكن لدي خبرة في الواقع مع اطفال عائلتي بحدود عشرون طفل واطفال صديقاتي .كانوا يتركون اطفالهم بصحبتي فنمضي وقتا ممتعا اتميز بروح فكاهية ولدي الصبر،
