For the past 3 summers I have coached at a sports camp; Skyhawks for ages 4-12 years old. I have been both a coach and a director.
This last semester I coached at Washington Middle School for 6th-8th graders.
In high school, I volunteered for the Special Olympics at our school for about 3 years and was the president of an inclusive club, especially for those with disabilities.
In general, I have done a lot of babysitting for cousins and neighbors whenever needed. For the past two years, I have babysat for a couple of families inconsistently.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important parts about being a nanny have been patience. I think it is very important to give the children time to talk to you, or figure out how to do something on their own. Of course I will always be there to support them, but I always resolve to patience.

In high school, I peer tutored in the special education department of our school for 3 years. I also volunteered as a unified partner for the Special Olympics in most of the sports offered.
