A little bit about me

Hello, I am Monica. I am a native of Huntsville, Alabama. I attended college in AR where I received two degrees; Social Work & Elementary Education. I returned home to teach and coach. I am nearing retirement. I am currently completing my 34th year as an elementary educator. I have coached middle school and high school sports. I have been a volunteer worker in our church nursery. I have also taught several in the preschool and early childhood ministries at our church. I started babysitting at 12 years old, and I worked summer camps during high school. I was an after school nanny during my Senior year of college. I enjoy working with children of all ages. I have been married for 23 years. We have two children, a soon to be high school graduate and sophomore at Alabama. I am eager to earn extra income to supplement my current income and soon to be retirement income. Finding families in need of child care seems like an avenue to explore as I search for ways to help my own.
