I will try to engage the children by planning fun, creative, exciting child-led activities, I will also make sure to encourage the children to be independent. I believe that having fun while learning allows the children to learn at their greatest potential. It is my job to help them find their love for learning by giving them opportunities to find their individual abilities. With every opportunity, keeping the interests of the children ahead of everything else is what I hope for all aspects of my career in early childhood environment.
