I was a teachers assistant and an after school teacher is South Africa for 3 years. I was an au pair for almost 3 years in the United States and 2 years in South Africa. As well as part time babysitting and working on missionary trips with the youth in the areas the missionary trip was at. I was also Sunday school teacher for 7 years

Some of the indirect activities I do with the kids are arts and crafts, going to museums, reading or storytelling and free play. Outdoor activities going to the pool or for walks and bike rides in the park.

My favorite Nanny moment as when I worked with a child who has autism. He wasn’t very verbal and didn’t like someone touching him. The day finally spoke to me and took my hand to show me what he made and the pure joy on his face is definitely one of my favorite moments.
