A little bit about me

I graduated from the University of Cincinnati, with a degree in Fashion Design and Marketing with a Fashion Studies Minor.

I am looking for a full time or part time (live -out) House Manager, Family Assistant, or Mother’s Helper position M-F 30-45 hours per week.

I have been a full-time nanny for the past 7 years, with 10+ years of experience working with children. I am CPR certified and completed one year in a childhood education course - assessment of the program run within the course is what prepared me for my first full time position as a summer nanny.

I have experience working as a family assistant & house manager - keeping day to day activities in the home running smoothly, working from a to-do list of errands and services I would complete. In the afternoon I provide transportation of children from school, assist with homework, prepare dinner, and complete bath/bed time.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

When I was 14 I started teaching gymnastic and ballet classes age 3-5, eventually becoming an assistant dance teacher of a competitive team managing 17 (8-13 year old) preteens at one time.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love arts & crafts, puzzles, baking, reading books, playing hide and seek, swimming. I love to be outdoors whether that be at the pool, the park, the beach, going for a walk, playing simon-says, painting rocks/sea shells, or even scavenger hunting! I love venturing out of the home to explore engaging activities with the children.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with children with behaviors that fall on the spectrum. Most parents coach me through how to deal with their behavior and we work on it together!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment would be when a child I babysit randomly ran into the room I was vacuuming in and said “Ms. Morgan you’re the best babysitter ever” and I said “Omg really? well thank you so much! any reason?” and she said “nope you just are so I should let you know” and sprinted back upstairs to her room to play! Moments like these are why kids are awesome!
