"Morgan has been our go to nanny for the past three years, and she’s truly been a blessing to our family. Even though she’s worked with us on an as-needed basis, she’s always dependable, warm, and amazing with the kids. They absolutely light up when she comes over. I’ve always felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care she’s attentive, patient, and keeps them engaged with fun activities. It’s hard to find someone you can fully trust with your children, but she’s definitely that person for us. I’d highly recommend her to any family looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny."

"Reliable, flexible, and caring. I worked on call and Morgan was so understanding and supportive. My little ones love her! Her strength is organization. No matter what my schedule was, she managed to keep the children in their routine and helped provide the stability they needed. She intuitively knew what was needed and when. She’s an exceptionally intelligent and motivated young woman."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have extensive experience caring for and mentoring children and youth across different settings. I helped raise my three younger siblings, developing strong skills in nurturing, organization, and patience. During high school and college, I babysat two children, Zoey and Josh, for five years, providing consistent care, homework help, and engaging activities that supported their growth and development. I also gained formal childcare experience working at a daycare for about a year, assisting with lesson planning, playtime supervision, and maintaining a safe, positive environment for children of various ages. Additionally, through my service with AmeriCorps, I managed and mentored younger volunteers serving as a positive role model, fostering teamwork, and encouraging personal and professional growth.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I genuinely enjoy creating fun, meaningful, and safe experiences for children that spark creativity and laughter. I love teaching kids how to bake, turning each recipe into a hands-on learning activity where we can be creative and enjoy the results together. I encourage imagination through improv and pretend games, helping children build confidence and self-expression in a positive environment. Whether we’re watching animated movies with fun snacks, playing outside, enjoying board games, or joining in on a sport, I focus on making every activity enjoyable, engaging, and inclusive. I also enjoy taking small outings for treats or snacks, turning everyday moments into opportunities for connection, learning, and fun.
My experience with special needs children...
From my experience of helping to raise my younger brother, who is on the autism spectrum, has greatly shaped my patience, understanding, and ability to communicate effectively with children of different needs and learning styles. Through daily care and support, I learned how to create structured routines, adapt activities to his comfort level, and use positive reinforcement to encourage growth and confidence. I also developed strong teaching skills breaking down tasks into manageable steps, celebrating small accomplishments, and finding creative ways to make learning both accessible and enjoyable. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, consistency, and individualized attention, which I carry into all my caregiving roles.
