Hi! My name is Morgan Whipple. I recently got married and I’m looking for a position with kids for a little extra income. I have a lot of experience working with children of all ages. I have a nephew (3yrs) and a niece (1yr) who I am very close with. I am currently a teacher and have had 6 years of experience teaching elementary and middle school, 4 years as a paraeducator in elementary and high school, and 2 years working in a daycare with children ages 2–6. I am patient, reliable, and passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can thrive. I look forward to supporting your family with care, structure, and warmth.

Since I am still teaching, I’m only available from 3:30pm-9pm. Also with being a teacher, I usually available on days that your child won’t have school as well. :) Weekends I can be a little more flexible with the time.

As a paraeducator and as once being a special education teacher, I worked closely with students with a wide range of needs, providing individualized support, adapting activities, and collaborating with teachers and families. I’m patient, attentive, and experienced in creating inclusive environments where every child feels supported and capable.

My favorite moments are when a child who once struggled, gains confidence—whether it’s mastering a new skill, opening up emotionally, or proudly saying “I did it!” Those small wins are everything!
