Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Being a mother of 4 girls and Godmother of 2 girls, step mother to 7 boys, definitely helped. Took care of my dad that raised me for his last 1.5yrs till this past February. 2/7/25. I've been a mother since January 19th, 2001. No certifications. Just good Ole common sense. Plus, I grew up learning medical stuff from my dad's experience in Vietnam and my favorite godfather.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
At most times, I make them up most times based on my experience with the child's persona. Like my girls, they never liked the same thing. Even if I repeated a fun time later in the week, they were fine. I kept it fresh as possible. When baby's, I did little exercises with them everyday for 10 minutes.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is helping make sure the children are OK as I did mine and other kids in the neighborhood.
My experience with special needs children...
I have rarely. I did assist with the diaper changing sometimes and clothing my old neighbors wheelchair bound (at the time 17yr old) daughter.
