My favorite nanny moment was when I had a breakthrough with this little boy who had behavioral issues. He kept purposefully hurting himself whenever he was upset and one day we sat down and just talked. We talked about his interests, hobbies, and goals. By the end we were able to come to an agreement where he would stop hurting himself and come to me if he was having a tough time and I would remove him from the situation so he could take a moment to himself and calm down. It was so rewarding!
