The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite little girls Aubrey who has autism had the biggest fear of bigger dogs. I took her to the park where a Bully came up to her and she was a bit terrified, but the Bully came up to her so sweetly and slowly but surely she warmed up to him and played with him for so long. It was great to watch her overcome such a fear!
