"Nada’s ability to engage and connect with the girls was remarkable. She created a nurturing environment that allowed them to thrive, fostering their emotional, social, and educational development. Whether it was fun and educational activities, assisting with homework, or simply providing a listening ear she was always attentive and responsive to them. Her greatest strengths is her patience and adaptability. My girls often have unpredictable moods and needs, and she handled every situation with grace and understanding. Her calm demeanor not only reassured the children but also provided me with peace of mind knowing they were in her care. She is exceptionally reliable and responsible. In addition to her childcare skills, Nada is a genuinely warm and caring individual! She easily became a beloved member of our family, and had such a positive influence on my children’s lives. I am confident that Nada will bring the same level of dedication and compassion to any role she takes on!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Yes, I have experience taking care of children. I’ve looked after children in my family. I enjoy spending time with kids, helping them with their homework, preparing meals for them, and making sure they are safe and happy. I’m also very patient and know how to keep children entertained through games and activities. While I haven’t worked as a teacher or nurse, I’ve always had a natural connection with kids and enjoy taking care of them.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities with children. Indoors, I like reading them stories, playing educational games, and doing creative activities like drawing, coloring, and crafting. I also help with homework and encourage learning through fun activities. Outdoors, I enjoy taking kids to the park, playing sports, or going on walks to explore nature. I always try to make sure the activities are fun, safe, and appropriate for their age, and I enjoy seeing them learn and grow through play.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is making sure the children feel safe, loved, and supported. It’s not just about watching over them, but also about being someone they can trust and learn from. I think it’s important to create a positive and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to express themselves, grow, and develop new skills. I also believe communication with parents is key to make sure their values and expectations are followed. Overall, I want to help children feel happy, confident, and secure.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when I taught a little boy how to tie his shoes for the first time. He was so proud of himself, and the smile on his face made my day. I love seeing children achieve new things and knowing I’ve helped them along the way. Another funny moment I had was when a little girl tried to teach me a dance from her favorite cartoon — we both ended up laughing so much! These little moments are what make working with children so special to me.

My name is Solange, and I am 28 years old,I am from Brazil , I worked at a school. I cared for both older and younger children. With the older children, we engaged in a wider variety of activities. I came here through the Au Pair program; I lived with a host family and cared for their children. During my first year, I looked after two boys—aged 2 years and 5 months at the time—and I stayed with them for a full year. Then, in my second year, I moved to Connecticut. I cared for a 6-year-old boy and a 6-month-old baby girl. However, my primary responsibility lay with the older child. I packed his school lunch, drove him to and from school, and drove him to his extracurricular activities. I prepared his dinner and assisted with his bath time. Currently, I am working as a nanny for a family in Cos Cob; I have been with them for a year now. They have two boys, They are a wonderful family. So, those are essentially my references.
