"Nadia is very good with children. She engages them with games, puzzles, baking, and singing (karaoke). She has a great imagination and will follow and expand on the kids’ imaginary stories. I años liked that she very much sets boundaries for the children and explains why they are in place: example—if the kids are hitting/poking each with sticks, she will take the sticks away and explain why they are are very dangerous to swing when running around. Or if a disagreement ensues between the children she will explain why and how we should choose different words to express our feelings and how the kids can resolve their disagreements without saying hurtful words or taking hurtful actions. I really liked the way she consistently and positively redirected, corrected and reinforced or modified the children’s behavior. Nadia helps us on an ongoing basis when have date nights or travel out of town for work."
