The most important part about being a nanny...
Showing the kids love and attention, but not too much to the point they control you. Changing kids mindset if they are bad, and I believe this will be a good experience for me to have as a person who plans to become a mother.

I had friends who were in special needs and my sister is also autistic, i may not know a lot about other special needed children but i have some experience of how to be patient with them and how to calm them 💖
