I have an open availability and can do overnights if needed as well as during the day as well. I have been watching/ nannying children since I was 16. I have watched multiples (twins (4 weeks old until 10 yrs old) & triplets (2 weeks-4yrs old). I have helped raise, from birth, 4 nieces and 3 nephews. I love children and love making a difference in their lives and their parents. I love to read and I love music. I went to college for 3.5years for child psychology and stopped going to take care of a sick dad that I lost 2 years ago.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a nanny and babysitting since I was 14ys old, have have expertise with multis (3 weeks-5yrs old when they moved). Also triplets (3.5weeks-6 when they moved). I’ve helped raised many nieces and nephews also and it’s been rewarding.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoying reading, listening to music, teaching baby sign language, doing learning play, depending on the child’s age I like to play arts and crafts as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making a difference in a young persons life in a positive way while helping out mom and dad. I like to engage with the little ones I watch such as teaching them baby sign language, colors, numbers, shapes, etc but always making it fun.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with a few children with Autism and it was a rewarding experience for me. I have also worked with children on feeding pumps and on daily medications I had to administer.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was when the boy I watched from the age of 9 weeks old until he was 7 years old and his family moved away called me and asked me to come to his graduation at school. At that graduation he told his teacher how I taught he about reading as a little boy and I taught him sign language and til this day he keeps in touch with me. I love the children I get the pleasure of watching and these moments warm my heart.
