"Naomie was the perfect nanny for the family. she helped with house cleaning , cooking, laundry, and groceries and made sure the children were always taken care of she would bath, feed, and play with them. she would talk in a friendly but firm voice and address any problems that were happening between the children. she meal preps for the family did laundry and stayed late if I asked her to I give her a monthly MetroCard cause she was coming from the Bronx and wanted her to see her help was appreciated"

Is making sure you treat the child with respect and give them the room they need to grow into amazing little human beings cause if you do everything for them they can't be independent and if you don't do anything at all with them they'll be lost it's best to find a balance so that they can depend on you but learn to do daily stuff without you at the same time

My favorite nanny experience was working with a family that had two young children. I loved planning fun, engaging activities that fostered their creativity and learning, like arts and crafts and outdoor adventures. I built a strong bond with the kids, and seeing their growth and happiness was incredibly rewarding. We created a warm, supportive environment, which made every day enjoyable and fulfilling.
