More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have nine years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, including four years working in a pediatric hospital setting at Seattle Children’s Hospital. In this role, I cared for children of various ages and developmental stages, supporting their daily needs, comfort, safety, and emotional well-being while working closely with families and healthcare teams.
My experience has taught me to remain calm under pressure, communicate with patience and compassion, and adapt my approach to each child’s individual needs. I am comfortable assisting with personal care, maintaining routines, and creating a safe, supportive environment for children and their families.
I also have private in-home childcare experience, which has allowed me to bring these skills into a more personal, family-centered setting. I enjoy building trusting relationships with children and helping them feel secure, understood, and cared for.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love reading, arts and crafts, imaginative play, and getting outdoors with children. I enjoy trips to the library, parks, and museums, as well as simple activities like baking, sensory play, and exploring nature. I like tailoring activities to each child’s age and interests while making learning feel fun and natural.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is helping children feel safe enough to explore the world with wonder. I love turning ordinary days into little adventures in whether that means discovering a new bug in the garden, making a magnificent mess with paint, or celebrating the courage it takes to try something new. Above all, I want every child to feel loved, understood, and free to be exactly who they are.✨
My experience with special needs children...
Through my four years at Seattle Children’s Hospital, I have cared for children with a wide range of medical, developmental, and physical needs. My experience includes supporting children who require additional assistance with mobility, communication, personal care, and daily routines. I approach each child with patience, compassion, and respect for their individual needs, and I value working closely with families to provide consistent, supportive care.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments is when a child I’m caring for becomes so excited about something we’ve done together that they can’t wait to show their parents. Whether it’s a little art project, a new skill, or a story we made up, seeing their pride and knowing I helped create that moment is incredibly rewarding. It’s those small, everyday memories that make caring for children so special to me.
