Hi, my name is Natalie! I am currently working on finishing my BS in Psychology and currently work with kids with autism during the week. While being Registered Behavior Technician I have crucial hands on experience working with children one on one. Through my corses in college I’ve taken classes on early childhood development, teaching, psychology and many more to help me understand kids even better. I have watched kids from 3 months old to junior high. I am a huge advocate for independence when it comes to development. I love to cook healthy meals and allow children to help when applicable. I am also pet friendly I have 3 dogs at home. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I have watched many little ones and they are always such a joy. I love the fun things like making up fun games, playing freeze dance, singing songs, making arts and crafts, or decorating cookies. I'm also incredibly patient, organized, and will follow a schedule if you have one but am also pretty flexible.
