More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Most recently I was working as a nanny for an infant all the way into her toddler phase. I was also a nanny for 2 children in elementary school for about half a year. I have also babysat a multitude of children with age ranges from infants to intermediate children. During my first year of college I also worked in a church nursery aged around 3 months to 3 years!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love coloring, playing board games, and playing games such as hide and seek! I love playing outside with children as well! Also, I always believe it's good to have a spa day so I enjoy doing face masks and possibly make-up with the kids as long as it's okay with the parents. I do love dancing as well and think music is great for the soul!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part is always safety! This is why I took the time to get certified in BLS, first aid, and CPR. I also have my CNA license and just in case I do know how to inject an epi-pen in case of emergencies due to my experience as an MA!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would definitely have to be when I had a water balloon fight with two young boys I was watching after. It was a hot day and the sprinkler just wasn't cutting it. The kids had a blast and so did I!
