"Natalie is so sweet and incredibly experienced. She listened carefully to our needs and was able to quickly learn our baby and adapt to his needs as well. I greatly appreciated Natalie’s consistent communication about both fun and important things. Her memory is incredible and she was able to tell me about his naps, food, and diapers every day when I picked him up. She sent cute pictures and updates multiple times a day! Natalie truly goes above and beyond to care for every child in her home. Lastly, she is super flexible with schedule change needs and communicated well in advance if her schedule ever changed. We would stay with her longer if our work schedules allowed! Please don’t hesitate to ask her for my number if you have any questions about my experience with her. We will miss her dearly!"

"Natalie is still our nanny for our 17 month old daughter. We have been bringing our girl to Natalie since she was 3.5 months old and I had to return to work.
From the very moment I met Natalie I KNEW our baby would be in very capable and caring hands. It calmed me to my very core. I had been nervous about returning to work after my maternity leave, but Natalie immediately put me and my husband at ease. She has years of experience caring for children, and her own child is the same age as our daughter. She sends us photos throughout the day so we can get a peak into what activities they are enjoying, what arts & crafts they’re doing, and I get to see how happy our girl is while we can’t be with her.
We will continue to have Natalie as our nanny for as long as she will have us!
