Hello!
My name is Natalie. I have 20 years of childcare experience with all ages. My specialty is infants and toddlers. I am very patient, caring, and gentle. I enjoy bringing kids out into the world to experience the outdoors, libraries, music, art and anything else fun!
My nanny style is that of careful and patient listening, understanding, and general good communication (with kids and parents!) I don't believe it is ever ok to hit a child, and I never yell. I am very experienced in re-focusing disruptive behavior, and other safe, gentle solutions when it comes to discipline.
I am choosy about the families I work for because I believe that it must be a good fit for everyone. I also have a special knack for getting fussy babies to sleep!
Degrees include: Culinary Arts, Associates, and a B.A. in Psychology. I also graduated from the Honors College at Shoreline CC, and the Douglass Honors College at Central. I am a member of Phi Theta Cappa, the Honors Society.
