Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

regularly babysitting my 5 year old sister, cousins and children of family friends. I have been taking care of my sister since she was born, especially when my mom is working. My responsibilities include preparing her meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), helping with her daily routine, bathing her, getting her dressed, and putting her to sleep.

I also keep children entertained by playing with them and doing activities, and I enjoy including learning in a fun way, such as games that help them develop new skills. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I’m open to teaching children some Spanish in a fun and engaging way. Through my experience, I have learned to be patient, attentive, and responsible, while always making sure children feel safe and comfortable.

is making sure children feel safe, cared for, and happy. It’s not just about supervising them, it’s about being patient, paying attention to their needs, and creating a fun and positive environment. I also think it’s important to encourage learning and creativity while spending time with them, whether through games, arts and crafts, or educational activities. A good nanny helps children feel supported and gives parents peace of mind.

The most important part about being a nanny...

was when I was helping my little sister and cousins do a simple drawing activity. I drew a cat, and one of them decided it was supposed to be a ‘lion with wings.’ We all started laughing at the crazy drawings we were making, and it turned into a fun little art challenge. I loved seeing how creative and silly kids can be, and it was just a really happy, memorable moment.
